These beautiful stud earrings are inspired by the ever changing rock pools pools that edge the beach. The colours, the life and the water that flows through them.
They are formed from a small disc of Sterling Silver that has been hand shaped in to a dome / cup. At their widest point, each stud measures approximately 9mm. The earrings attach to the ear via a Sterling Silver ear post on the back, fixed with a scroll back.
The edges of the domes are filed flat and polished. It's this that gives the earrings a beautiful contemporary feel to them and helps draw the eye in. The back of the earrings have a light brushed texture.
The colour is added by using powdered enamel that is hand fired. The process of hand firing means that no one pair is identical - there are beautiful variances in the colour, giving the earrings a wonderful realism!
The colours, each and every time take me right back to those delightful little pools, whether I'm near the beach or not! You can choose from a single pop of colour in a vivid turquoise blue, a beautiful rich sea green or a soulful ocean blue. Or, a colour blend of two colours that have a beautiful organic feel to them!*
